Privacy information
Applies to the Korea Tour Taxi website, fare enquiries and booking requests. Effective: 5 November 2026.
Information and purpose
We process your name, contact details, pickup and destination, travel date and time, passenger and luggage counts, vehicle selection and requests to check availability, reply with a quote, identify the applicant and contact you about your booking and ride. Business enquiries may also include company, contact person, email and enquiry details. Do not enter passport numbers, identity numbers, health information or other unnecessary personal data.
Basis and choice
Information is processed to take the steps you request for a quote or booking and to arrange a contract. Essential information is needed for online enquiries and replies. Reading public information or checking fares does not require your name or phone number. This is not marketing consent.
Retention and deletion
Unconfirmed enquiries are deleted without delay when the enquiry has been handled. Confirmed bookings are deleted after the ride, settlement and related enquiries are completed. Records that must be retained by law are stored separately for the required period and are not used for other purposes. Electronic files are securely deleted; paper records are shredded.
Drivers and external services
A request alone does not confirm a booking or a driver. Where ride information must be shared with the assigned driver, we explain the recipient, purpose, information and retention period and follow the required lawful procedure. Hosting and booking data use Cloudflare. External services may be used for address searches and flight checks. If you choose KakaoTalk, WhatsApp or another external service, that service’s privacy policy also applies.
Access and analytics
Access logs, device and browser information, cookies, page views and conversions may be processed for service delivery, security and advertising measurement. Naver, Google and hosting provider policies may also apply. You can block or delete browser cookies, which may affect convenience features. Names and phone numbers are not included in advertising analytics events.
Your requests
For access, correction, deletion or restriction requests, contact Korea Tour Taxi at +82 10-8117-0407 or office@koreatourtaxi.co.kr. We verify identity and respond under applicable law. If a request is restricted because of a legal retention duty, we explain the reason.
